Originally from Beijing, Sephy moved to San Francisco at the age of 6. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, Chinese. After earning a degree in Business Marketing at San Francisco State University, she decided to pursue a job in banking. This knowledge provided her valuable skills such as understanding the markets, economy, negotiations, and attention to detail. After managing her parent's rental properties for many years, she realized her passion for real estate.
Sephy’s real estate career began as a buyer's agent in the San Fernando Valley for tech executives from the San Francisco Bay Area. She quickly gained traction as a Realtor®, closing transactions worth $2MM in sales in her first year. Sephy is currently pursuing her broker's license.
